Who Are We
Mentoring Anointed Leaders Everywhere is an innovative programme that is generated to cater to the effective guiding of young boys along their journey to adulthood. Officially founded on February 15 2014 from the vision of Mr. Henderson Tittle, M.A.L.E. was established for young men to cultivate, foster, renew and promote activities that will enrich the lives of its members and our community at large. We offer the boys a safe environment where they can talk about their struggles in their everyday lives, where they are praised for their unique gifts, supported when they make mistakes and a community of mentors who listen and believe in their ability to become great men.
Teenage years are a critical time when boys make choices that affect the rest of their lives. The goal of M.A.L.E. is to take this window of opportunity to empower boys to reach their full potential and make better decisions resulting in less discipline issues and higher self-esteem and eventually becoming better men. We believe that part of the solution is teaching values. Lack of sound values is a significant contributing factor to the growing disrespect, violence, and other social problems we see among our young men.

• Structure of M.A.L.E.
M.A.L.E. operates actively during the Lent, Advent and Trinity Term of the school year. We also capitalize on the Easter, Summer and Christmas vacations to do active/ in-service programmes. In-service programmes refer to certain modules of the programme that have to be completed in order for a participant to progress to the upcoming stages of the programme or to be deemed best equipped for the stage of life that he is at.
